We should have an application for those who think the can handle internal affairs. We could ask them about past experience, see if the know the rules for transfer and the do not transfer list. The people in IA should be active experienced agents. If they aren't experienced but active and a good worker we can train them.

we alrdy have lolage1123ban2 as our dir. of internal affairs and hes taking care of watever u mentioned above, thx for the idea though, keep thinking xD
