3iC Information; Changes and Possible reports

Greetings Black Ops!


The Elite Management will be having changes. and these changes includes; Mandatory Weekly Reports.
Being in an iC Rank is the beginning of an individual, which hold a ton of responsibility and carry day-to-day task around the HeadQuarters and externally. Elite Management task vary on the rank assigned to the person(s).


Information;

Trial EM - Your job is to ensure that you display maturity and excellent leadership skills to be able to become a fully fledged EM. To do this you must take control of base while iC members are busy, and be of assistance to any HR that may need help.

Junior HQ Manager - You should ensure that all of the Trial Positions are being carried out correctly. To do this you should watch trial members to ensure that they are worthy of gaining a true position. You should also put forward ideas about how Trial Ranks can be improved.

Security Manager - You should ensure that there is no Security faultless. When in base, ensure that you've regularly auditing the Security areas. You may do this by holding meetings and allowing people to feedback on how Security can be improved, or putting forward your own ideas to the Development Team. You should work with EM Training Manager to ensure that Training Room's Security is up to excellent standard, and free of trolls.

Training Manager - You should ensure that Training has no faultless. You should also check the Training Scripts for faults, and work with the EM Security Manager to ensure that Training Room Security is up to excellent standard, and free of trolls. While you're in base, you should regularly check up on the training room and ensure that training staff are happy, and be aware of any changes they wish to be made.

HQ Manager - You should ensure that you're providing a good environment for all staff to work in. You should ensure that hallways are clear, and take feedback on how the layout of HQ can be improved. You should regularly check up on the different departments in HQ, e.g. Help Desk.

Disciplinary Manager - This role requires somebody who is unbiased. You should always come to a fair decision when dealing with internal conflict. You should give out advice to HRs on how to deal with situations, and be prepared to take control of conflicts if things get out of hand. You should ensure that there is evidence to back up your actions. Also work with the Internal Affairs Manager to avoid and control future/arising conflict.

External Affairs Manager - You work under the External Affairs , you will recieve tasks from them, as well as being active in our (potential) allies HQ to ensure that we are aware of any changes that may effect Black Ops. You should take work with the HQ Manager to ensure that you are aware of any trolls or raids from other agencies.

Internal Affairs Managers - You are the 'go-to-guy' if anybody wants to know about happenings in Black Ops. You should be aware of any changes from the Director of Management, as well as being active on the forums to be able to read General Announcements and Retiring quickly so as to inform the rest of Black Ops whom may be inactive on the forums.

Policy Manager - It is your job to take screenshots and take evidence to support cases for the Disciplinary Manager. This means that you should be ready to take action and be prepared to work at short notice.

Fair Treatment Manager - You should be able to identify the key areas of Fair Treatment problems, you should to try work and resolve problems to ensure that they can move onto higher ranks and pursue a career in the BO.

Problems Highlighter  - You should be able to identify the key areas of HR problems you should work with the MOD of Internal Affairs to see if there is any larger issues between HRs, so that they can have a satisfying career in the BO.

Director of Management - As the Director of Management, you should be able to make sure that you know well of what the Elite Management Managers jobs are. and does'nt not have any issues and shall be able to accomodate to any of them if they have problems. you are as well expected to Act as a 2iC of EM.





the Idea of having of 3iC EM reports is to know well of how you work and how you are active in HQ.
Reports shall be sent tru PM to me (liahkim) WEEKLY.
stay updated for what these Reports are.
