When somebody is trying to get in, and does not remember who promoted them. We should demote them and give the person our tag.

I don't think demoting them would be good. As the name might be very long a hard to remember, For example: II:icereaper:II Not everyone can remember the full name haha. If they forgot, ask them for 3 rules of BO. and if the pass, correct their tag to yours or if you know the tag that person, let the standard ranks know who is the owner of that tag
